This powder product packaging line is applicable for powder, like protein powder, pepper powder, other baking powder, coffee powder organic powder, etc.
Step1: the unscrambler will unscramble and lined up the cans first
Step 2: the powder screw feeder lift the powder from hopper to the tube top, then drop the powder
Step 3: the double heads powder auger filling machine will fill the powder into the cans
Step 4: the automatic cans seamer (vacuum nitrogen function is optional) will seal cans one by one
Step 5: the double head screw capping machine will screw the can cap tightly
Step 6: the round bottle labeling machine sticks labels on the can body
